El Jurado Electoral Especial de HUANCAYO, en aplicación del artículo 23 de la Ley N° 26864, Ley de Elecciones Municipales, proclama ganador(a) de las Elecciones Municipales 2010 en el distrito de CHACAPAMPA, al MOVIMIENTO REGIONAL MOVIMIENTO POLITICO REGIONAL PERU LIBRE, al haber obtenido la más alta votación, y procede a proclamar alcalde y regidores del Concejo Distrital de CHACAPAMPA, para el periodo de gobierno municipal 2011-2014, a los siguientes ciudadanos:
