El Jurado Electoral Especial de HUANCAYO, en aplicación del artículo 23 de la Ley N° 26864, Ley de Elecciones Municipales, proclama ganador(a) de las Elecciones Municipales 2010 en el distrito de VIQUES, al MOVIMIENTO REGIONAL CONVERGENCIA REGIONAL DESCENTRALISTA, al haber obtenido la más alta votación, y procede a proclamar alcalde y regidores del Concejo Distrital de VIQUES, para el periodo de gobierno municipal 2011-2014, a los siguientes ciudadanos:
